I am Michelle Wells, and I’m honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Joseph Lovett Elementary. I’ve had the privilege of being an educator in this amazing school community for the past 22 years, and I’m excited to continue this journey in a leadership role.

My philosophy of education is simple: I believe that all students can learn. When we create an environment built on strong relationships, student interests, and clear expectations, we empower our students to take ownership of their learning and reach their full potential.

I’m committed to supporting our students, families, and staff as we continue to grow together. I look forward to partnering with each of you to ensure our students have a safe, engaging, and successful academic experience.
